Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose green tea leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for an extra metabolism boost)

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water: Start by boiling 1 cup of water.
  2. Steep Green Tea: Place the green tea bag or loose tea leaves into a cup. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. If using loose tea leaves, strain the tea into another cup after steeping.
